Synchron Percussion I offers 16 essential orchestral percussion instruments, including timpani, snare drum, xylophone, and more. Recorded at Vienna's Synchron Stage using a comprehensive multi-microphone setup, it delivers a rich, immersive sound. Compatible with the Synchron Player.
Standard vs. Full Library
The Standard Library versions of the VSL Synchron Series products feature an essential set of close mics plus the classic sound of a Decca tree stereo array. The Full Library versions include the same mic assortment plus additional room microphones for a wide variety of stereo and surround possibilities.

Synchron Percussion I includes 16 essential orchestral percussion instruments that are owned by Synchron Stage Vienna and permanently housed in climate-controlled rooms in the building’s basement.
